The building and rooms are nice, with a good-sized sofa bed; the location is great and incredible, within walking distance to a huge 19th-century palace.

The staff was very friendly. Although the hotel is located at the main street, one did not notice anything of it in the room. Everything is within a few minutes walking distance (sightseeings, metro, numerous cafés and restaurants). The breakfast was indeed clearly arranged, but always fresh and varied.

There are no objections. We'd book the hotel again anytime.

I had a well-equipped room with baggage storage and a couch. The tub in the large bathroom was super awesome. The location of the hotel was magnificent and absolutely perfect - approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the celebrated Red Square. It was also by excellent nearby restaurants.

The hotel is perfect for a visit to Moscow. Great location. Breakfast at the hotel is not necessarily worth it, there are many nice and cosy breakfast cafés within walking distance.

The breakfast spread was perfectly good, with a wide array of fresh options. Location: the hotel was near a useful shopping centre and Red Square and metro and Moscow and St Petersburg. The lunch in Vietcafe easy walk to the venue had every choice imaginable.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to the convention center and the city center. It is just opposite the Conservatory and in a tiny bar area. It is a short walk to Red Square right in the city center. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, up to date, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at the desk is competent and helpful, offering excellent customer service. The breakfast, although limited, can be enjoyed in the room with no mistakes on the order.

The breakfast options are limited and may not meet everyone's expectations.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a lovely area in downtown. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to transportation options. The staff at this venue were outstanding, providing excellent service and always going above and beyond. They were patient, dedicated, and made sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I was also impressed with the free toiletries and the availability of cookware and kitchen utensils. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is excelent, the rooms are confortable and the staff is kind. Maybe the breaksfast is poor but is not important because the location is peerfect.
